904L (N08904, 14539) super austenitic stainless steel contains chromium 14.0-18.0%, 24.0-26.0% nickel, 4.5% molybdenum. 904L super austenitic stainless steel is a low carbon, high nickel, molybdenum austenitic stainless acid resistant steel, for the introduction of France's H • S company's proprietary materials. With the transformation of activation passivation ability, excellent corrosion resistance, non oxidizing acid such as sulfuric acid has good corrosion resistance, acetic acid, formic acid, phosphoric acid, has good resistance to pitting corrosion of chlorine ions in the neutral medium, but also has good resistance to crevice corrosion and stress corrosion resistance. The utility model is suitable for sulfuric acid of various concentrations below 70 DEG C, which can resist acetic acid of any concentration and any temperature at atmospheric pressure, and has good corrosion resistance in mixed acid of formic acid and acetic acid.
